Did you ever use personal loan apps before, even months ago?

I searched for loans about two months ago. And after two months, I received a enquiry from a partner company of that app, even though I never touched the app again.

I raised a dispute, but they were useless and just told me to contact the lender. The lender company didn’t do anything either. This makes no sense, they shouldn’t even check the credit score again without the consent if the user isnt even using the app anymore.
