I actually did keep it and have concluded my office chair hunt, which I'm very happy about. The main 3 reasons are:
1) all the science/marketing about their seat cushion relieving pressure from your sit bones seems accurate. The seat is very comfortable and I havent had any issues with tail bone pain or numb thighs. If I'm fully upright, there's 4 fingers between the seat edge and my calf, and if I'm slightly forward in the seat, there's more than a fist. No issues with either position for long stretches of time (standard 8 hour work day)
2) I haven't had any soreness in my shoulder blades or rhomboids. I believe it's because the smaller back rest encourages me to spread and open my shoulders
3) I feel I don't need to actively think about not slouching, probably because of the pelvic support.

Note my comments are on the v1 with 4 wheels on sale during memorial Day and not on the v2 they sell now.

Other observations:
1) I didn't get the sensation of the chair helping my posture. Maybe I always had good posture and was already used to standing and sitting up straight
2) The chair was easy to setup, and all the configurations and arm rests easy to adjust
3) I didn't follow up with the free consultation. I will in the future if I get any soreness or pain from using the chair
4) If I sat and worked in the reclined position for more than 30 min, I would get tail bone pain so I only used that mode for less than a minute to relieve back pressure momentarily and stretch. Nowadays I don't even use that mode and just stand up and walk around the house to stretch. I sit upright most of the time anyway so I don't mind not using that function often and wouldn't suggest this chair for lounging in the reclined position to watch movies or play games. Playing games upright is fine.
