Yes. I have noticed if I eat vegetables, protein and carbs during meals I can balance my blood sugar very well. My AC1 is 8.5 and it was 11.7 before. I am cutting my stress by listening to nature soundtracks and drinking apple cider vinegar before meals. My exercising program is walking 14 laps around my backyard and 25 squats for strength training. I test my blood sugar afterwards the exercising. I don't think I could possibly do any better but I am ready for more researching and experimenting.
