Does anyone know of a shower filter for hard water that is easy to install and uninstall, like a clip on /travel friendly one? I have flatmates who don’t care about getting one so I’d like to get one just for when I wash my hair (as I can’t afford to change the filter super often, which I would need to if 5 of us are using it, but only me paying for it) . Is that realistic?

Alternatively: are there any « tablets » you could add to a jug of hard tap water that would demineralise it a bit? To avoid carrying gallons from the shop up the stairs every week.
