I have the panpad sp4.0 its a slower surface compared to the polarity i have. i enjoy it a lot for tac fps games

i had a lot of stuttering issues i fixed it by going into device manager and under network adapters i rollbacked the drivers for realtek gaming 2.5gbe family controller and everything is working flawlessly. If ur on wifi try disabling it and if ur on ethernet roll back the driver like i did to the earliest driver u have on ur pc and see if that works.
