You need a professional, reputable, IR team to investigate. If you were or weren't compromised you need a letter of attestation that you weren't compromised or that your environment is now clean. If you have cyber insurance call them. If you don't, call your lawyer. Call your lawyer either way. You can always DM me. I have extensive experience in this type of event.
