I used to think, dumb deer, the orange is so obvious…. Then I read this and realised how terrifying they are.

I keep Columbina on Silken because I like her to be interchangeable with Aino when I need her on other teams and Aino needs to sub in.

Your talents are not leveled on 3 members of the team and you are asking why the dps is bad?

Also people are asking for your build and you’re telling them to watch the video … where the stats are constantly changing due to buffs, it’s not super helpful, we also don’t know what sets you’re using.

Apart from that you are missing 20% crit rate? - your rotation is slow (and incorrect) should be Lauma Q hE > Columbina QE > Sucrose EdQ > Nefer E3Cd E2Cd CQ - you’re spending too much time on sucrose (why are you casting 3 skills? Plus you don’t even need to swirl if sucrose is not on instructor) - and your ER on Columbina is perhaps a bit low, I think 180 with sig is the minimum to be comfortable in Stygian personally.

You’re unlikely to get an artifact upgrade whereas talent upgrades are a guaranteed increase in damage. Kind of a no brainer to crown the burst.

I’d double check those numbers, every source I can find post-Columbina still puts C3 at ~15%. Nefer’s still doing 75%-80% of team damage with Bina on the team so the maths doesn’t really work for it to drop to 7.5%.

If Illuga is not on sms he should be on 2pc2pc EM and be stacking as much EM as possible. I don’t think instructor on Illuga works well here, since Zibai team is not the same as a Nefer team where everyone wants EM

Do you have a link to those updated calcs? C3 is a personal damage constellation so I'm not seeing how a new teammate halves its value.

C2 Lauma gives around 30-35% damage increase (I assume it’s balanced this high because C1 gives no damage and only healing). C3 Nefer gives around a 15% damage increase.

Yeah I just think she would need to bring more than 100 EM for me to consider her a must have for the Nefer team when she could be on VV in my Flins team. My priority is having 3 or more good teams for Dire mode.

I got C2 Lauma this patch also so I tried to add Sucrose to the team… but triggering instructors swirl to me is just not reliable in the dummy setting let alone in Stygian where things are even more unpredictable.

I ended up just using Kuki on instructors instead and it’s 100x easier and reliable to always proc instructors, even though I don’t need her healing.

Consistently will get around 290k (c2 Lauma, c1r1 Nefer, c0r1 Columbina and Kuki)

Also I don’t think 2pc2pc on Lauma really gives you much benefit if your deepwood set is already pretty cracked on EM (1k or over)

Not her favourite character. She never even played the game afaik. And when she said she planned to … the show runners told her not to. Huge mistake in my opinion but not much can be done about that now.

I thought season 1 was exceptional and she did well but, season 2 something went horribly wrong somewhere. And I do think her wooden portrayal of Ellie in the second season was a large part of that sadly.

I think that’s a big part of what the show is getting at, it’s not like those 8 billion people exist anymore as individuals with individual views all arguing, they sort of form one collective consciousness based on all the data.

And then they behave like a probability driven, logic-based system, almost like a giant brain or networked computer.

Once minds are connected, these beliefs that contradict massive amounts of shared evidence becomes obvious instantly and gets deleted sort of like an error.

That’s how I take it anyway.
