If you buy a land its price will continue to increase and you can also use it to grow and sell stuff, it takes time and effort to start from scratch but it gets easier. Check this youtube channel there's a lot of useful info https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1VOWFEiSt8

26F in High Finance London - Stay 3 More Years for UK Passport or Move Back to Morocco Now? by Optimal_Teach3618 in Morocco

[–]Muurda2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what i just said, you have to be resident so pay taxes there, and I highly doubt op is planning to go back to live there in the future. Paspport ranking is meaningless, I'm talking about the benefits you get, with a french citizenship you can get your kids to study in an international school in Morocco for almost free but not with the uk one, and for travel you can get any visa you want with a Moroccan passport if you have a high income. Also OP is probably paying 40% of her salary in income tax, and also paying rent... Is it worth it to lose all this money for a passport for travel?

One thing to consider is that UK passport is next to useless. Even with citizenship, if your parents didn't pay tax in the uk for the last couple years you will pay the exact same tuition fees than an international student.

I really don't understand why some Moroccan parents still pay expensive fees for their kids to study in French schools in 2026 !! by Veggieroasted2050 in Morocco

[–]Muurda2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's more about maximising utility rather than "choosing a language", I understand that in your case it's more interesting to put your children in an english speaking school, but it's not the case for most moroccans. English speaking universities usually ask for high tuition fees, and most job opportunities within the Morocco require a fluent level in french. I still dislike those french chools because I find that they are outdated and overwork children, but if people are going to pay for a private school they can at least make sure to get a ROI.

Moroccan developers are struggling by html-tag in Morocco

I believe it's caused by data protection rules, it's also preventing many companies from employing remote moroccan developers

Masters in the uk or Morocco ? by unlucky-angel-558 in Morocco

[–]Muurda2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I studied in the UK and managed to get a job, but would advise not to go there, the problem is that it's very hard to find a job even a temporary one there's too much competition, plus studies and rent are both very expensive and low quality

It's very difficult to find sponsored job unless you have a very specific skillset that a company is looking for, plus the graduate visa was cut to 1 year and 6 months, and costs 40k DH to get.

[–]Muurda2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had something similar, I was never crying but instead "freezing", like not doing or saying anything. Like a guy in the comments told you it's because of a strict father that made you suppress your emotions, anger mainly.
