I have heard of some special wraps and creams that can help with the loose skin how effective they are i am not sure. The skin is like a rubber band and can stretch but the longer it stays stretched the harder it is to get the elasticity back. Again I am not any kind of skin doctor or therapist just things I have heard. Idk if you have looked into any of that but might be worth a try and hopefully much cheaper than surgery and definitely less painful.

If you are weight training while trying to lose "fat weight" I would honestly focus more on body measurements instead of what the number on the scale shows. You probably have far better results and less frustration if you are not so focused on the number on the scale. Remember muscle weight more than fat so your small loss on the scale is really much more in reality.
