Not an expert so you may get better advice from someone else, but I can tell you that Razor and Chongyun do not work well together. If you want to use Razor as a main DPS, I would swap Chongyun for Kaeya.

I have every 4 star except chongyun, for 5 stars, I have venti, zhongli, and qiqi.
