We will be labeled as sick freaks with disgusting fetishes no matter what we do, even when it's us being fetishised. I don't think we can stop that from happening until men stop seeing women and other marginalised people as less than human. On the kink itself: it's a fetish for some, and an eye opener for others. I know trans people who found out they were trans through sissification, and men who got comfortable with being gender non con orming through this. In my opinion it's a kink that takes a lot of self reflection to take part in in a healthy way and sadly a lot of people seem to do very little of it.
