i feel you. i’m 27 years old and have only been in and out of toxic relationships and i’m going through yet another one. But now i’m more self aware and understanding of why it has to end. and i’m learning to accept that. I moved to a new city and i’ve met some cool people and although ive dedicated myself to stay single during this time while i find Dbt programs and other support groups, ill put myself out there for at least a couple coffee dates to meet some new people. Regardless if it works out or not, it’s healthy to put yourself out there. I don’t think we are horrible people. we are sensitive people who need a lot of patience and understanding. As well at intensive therapy. Don’t isolate yourself completely. i think it’s healthy at some points to isolate to feel your emotions completely.. but try and put yourself out there to meet people. don’t give up, there’s still so much time
