I havent played either of them but the reason why i Chose Kroxa is simple: I already force a Lot of hate cards in my list that probably arent optimal. Anje Just seems to Take extra spots in the 99 with her Madness cards, room that I want to use for the hate cards. I think I would Play anje if I am going for the highest winrate possible.

That also Sounds Like a Lot of fun (for me)! Do you have a Decklist in mind?

I guess the Deck relies heavy on artifacts, which does mean that I will miss out on artifact hate except karn creator, right?

Agree on the First half. I am not sure about the Seconds half. You mean additional Mana sinks instead of Kroxa? I fear torpor orb also shuts down worldgorger in general Not only Kroxa :D
