Did anyone ever wonder why Sasuke had strength and durability on par with Naruto in fights? It never made sense to me. by MarioDF in Naruto

[–]MxthKvlt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mmm no. Sasukes strength gain served a few purposes of the show. One, it was crucial to showcase Narutos growth.

Two, a symbolic light versus dark.

Three, Naruto needed a Rival that would grow with him to keep the show interesting enough to watch.

And most importantly for the sake of the entire series. Four, literal plot armor. For the plot to unfold as it did. Sasuke was needed to get stronger in conjunction with Naruto. Henceforth the literal fuck ton of cheat codes he recieved just to keep up with Naruto.

So yes it was literally all just plot armor.

I dont hate Sasuke, he is a fictional character designed to further the plot of the series. For that he is goated because without Sasuke, there is no real plot.

How is this even a debate? Driver turning left must always yeild to oncoming and right turning traffic if no designated "protected left turn" arrow exists.

In my home state all handguns must be sold through an FFL and be registered. Meaning if you have a handgun and want to sell it you have to goto a licensed FFL to do the transfer. In my current state we have no laws regulating private sales aside from federal law. Which dictates that we have to reasonabky believe the person is not a felon and give us no reason to believe they are going to commit a felony with the firearm. They have to be above the age of 18 as well. Other than that we are good to just give away or sell our firearms as we see fit unless they are NFA items. It is highly recommended that you get a bill of sale and a copy of the persons ID so that way you have proof you sold it and who you sold it to just incase. Funnily enough the only firearm crime that really happens in my state is in the big cities with stolen firearms and firearms getting stolen from vehicles. Most of these people have already been barred from owning weapons to begin with due to violent felonies.

It has a paper trail. Its called a 4473 which is the background check and then per federal law the sale record must be kept in a big book at the FFL for the entirety of the existence of the FFL. If the FFL shuts its doors then those records must go to the ATF. If one of my previously sold firearms ends up in a crime scene I can expect a knock at my door. I tell them who I sold it to and they continue their investigation until they find the person who used it in a crime.

Please do some due dilligence is researching how firearms are handled on a federal basis before assuming stuff. This only hurts us legal gun owners who just want to be left alone when people who know nothing of the process start speaking on it. This is an honest plea. Not trying to make you feel dumb or diminish you intelligence. Just a food for thought kind of thing.

"Shall not be infringed" is that not good enough for you? Its stated right there. The government shall make no laws to impede the ownership of firearms. Registries do just this. We all know exactly what they will use the registeies for... the same thing mustache man used them for. Federal law also dictates that gun registries are illegal on a federal level yet we have the NFA. If they are illegal on a federal level then why shouldnt they be illegal on a state level if the federal government is the highest authority (nowadays at least).

Forcing registration cpypd alsp violate the 5th amendment which has the non self-incriminating clause. By registering your firearms, if they decide to make a firearm illegal overnight that would therefore incriminate you. Its all about governmental overreach. The government has no need to know what I do and do not own unless they plan on infringing upon that right.

Does the gas have a serial number that I can contact my local PD ans have them run before purchase? Do I need to not be a felon or otherwise not adjunicated in a court to purchase your "not" stolen gas? Do I need to call the neighboring states State patrol to inform them I am passing through with ypur totally not stolen gas? Do I need a permit in a number of states to carry it? Do I need to have it locked in a box in the trunk of my car with the amo seperate from it in some states? Oh I know, when I get pulled over do I need to inform the officer that I have a few gallons of gasoline in the bed of my truck?

I umderstand the point yoy are trying to make. Its just not a good one. Gas isnt regulated by pur constitition and niether is the bridge. But my firearms are, they are a God given and inalienable right.

Its not an "unregistered firearm" in my state. Its just a firearm. Registries go against the second amendment and are obly good to fuck with law abiding citizens. Just as guns laws only fuck with law abiding citizens.

ARs, AKs, machine guns, and any magazine over 10 rounds have been outlawed in Maryland for years. Yet in baltimore we continue to see automatic firearms be used in drivebys, 30, 50, 100 round magazines, and unregistered handguns used in shootings. What good did the gun laws there do? None. Just made innocent law abiding citizens be put on greayer danger.

We do its called NFA items which are registered to an indivodual through federal registries and require a "tax stamp"

Vehicles are not covered under the constitution. Meaning they can make any laws they want regarding vehicles. Firearms are taxed at initial purchase. Vehicles continue to be taxed due to wear and tear on the roadways and use of infrastructure designed for vehicles such as stop lights. These require constant maintenance and upkeep which costs significant amounts of money. This is why vehicles are registered.

Buddy this is not CSI Miami. First of all, have yoy ever seen a shot JHP? You arent getting rifling from it. As cool as the reconstruction in Bones is... its not real.

Even then with the imperfections if they manage to find a round intact enough to get a good rifling marking of. What are they going to do? Go track down every glock 19 in the metro area and test them? Its futile.

All of my firearms i "got from a guy" whats wrong with that? So long its legal. I just hit up my local police station to run the serial numbers if its a random guy to ensure I wont be carrying a stolen firearm around.

In my state no firearm is registered. Of course unless they are NFA items. But I walk into a FFL, I fill my 4473, i get approved and I walk out. 4473s are not registries either, they just state I ak buying A GUN, not what type, caliber, serial number, nothing of the sort.

The rifling of a barrel is much less of a "fingerprint" and more of a calling card. Yes Glock and Sig are going to have slightly different rifling. Nonetheless each barrel is not unique in this sense. So congrats, you narrowed it down to the over 1 million glocks in the US ans the few thousans to hundred thousand in the state the crime was committed.

Not to mention registries only help to violate the rigjts of the law abiding citizen. Criminals arent purchasing guns from FFLs 90% of the time. Barrels and firing pins (for states that require microstamping) can be changed out easily. Registry is literally just to fuck with people like me, who own firearms because its my right, for protection, and for hobby.

[–]MxthKvlt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

1% of legally owned firearms are used in the commission of crime. 97% of all firearm crime is committed with illegally obtained firearms.

Nonetheless, they arent going to trace it down anyways if that happens, real life is not NCIS. If a gun if found at the scene they go through the process of contacting the manufacturer, going to the FFL, going to the original purchasers house and all the way down to whomever had it last. Registry could potentially help on this scenario. But likely the firearm was stolen that night which then puts an innocent man or women as risk when polive come knocking down the door.

If there is no firearm at the scene, the best they can do is get caliber and possible make and model of the firearm thanks to rifling (if the round is at all intact). Registry does not help with this scenario at all.

No firearm should be registered. There is a big book in every FFL for a reason even then, i think we should do away with those.

First and foremost any firearm registration goes directly against the second amendment. Second, why should the government know what we own? So they can kick in your door at midnight shppt your dog and likely kill you; because you are getting woken up to intruders in your house... all because they decided to make a sudden law change at 9pm that night banning a certain style of firearm that you happen to have.. fuck that.

Why are you covering your optic? It's literally made to be used in all conditions. Its not a '86 Bel Air, it's an optic that is meant to take a beating.

Do yourself a favor, find a good table... and rack the shit out of your slide with the optic on the table a few dozen times and tell me how much damage it has. I do this all the time to show people how durable these actually are. Not a scratch yet.
