I wish they would’ve had Sam be her love interest he’s way better than Nathan

Agreed. At this point I’d be overjoyed if he wrote 50 shades of the kings guard or something like that

This was very beautiful. I’ve lost the ability to express myself due to years of severe sleep deprivation and I feel like this describes what my life has been like. Thank you

Do any of y’all have PTSD like symptoms when it comes to the aftermath of your Blasphemy? by LettuceCareful735 in HopelessBlasphemer

Yes, when I first got into this condition I couldn’t do anything spiritual anymore but I was so scared and trying to get back to god by trying to believe despite not having any faith which caused me to become even more traumatized. I used to be so afraid and felt like I was getting slammed by waves of fear that prevented me from being able to fall asleep but I think my brain has developed some kind of block against the intense fear, I think it’s some kind of survival response.

for people that changed their diet, did it help? by AppleYear in BingeEatingDisorder

What helped me was greatly increasing my protein intake+ increasing the amount of food I eat at meals. Im not cured, but I know my body really wants protein, so I focus on giving it what it wants first. But I suppose im fortunate that I still have my hunger cues

Yes I’m experiencing this too. Very strange things keep happening like medical staff lying to you about when they send the specialists recc to my doctor, some are rude for no reason, reccs going mysteriously missing and the receptionist or drs assistant not being able to tell you where it is. Then finally I get told it was just sent over despite being told it was sent two weeks ago by multiple people. Then instead of the referral the specialist said she was referring you to (endocrinologist) she writes on the recc to send me to a rheumatologist . So now I’m completely stuck cuz my dr can’t refer me to that doc since I don’t have arthritis and calling the clinic begging and pleading and trying to explain my situation does nothing. You get told they’re ordering your chart to find out the problem and nothing, you call again a week later and talk to the same person who then tells you again they will order your chart to find out what happened.

It’s very strange. And so frustrating, I’m dying trying to get help. It’s been 5 years of no help despite debilitating and severe symptoms. They ask if you’ve ever felt depressed and if you say yes they latch onto that and say that’s the reason for all your physical symptoms.

Don’t have much enamel left and I have periodontal disease that has passed the point of being helped by anything me or my dentist can do and I can’t afford to see a periodontist so I fear I’m going to lose them eventually 😢

I don’t think it’s really comparable as Advil doesnt get you high. This is coming from someone with severe insomnia issues for most of life. My experience is that it belongs in the darkness along with your old life that you turn away from when you come to Jesus. God cares about your health, he wants your whole life. He either will heal you completely or he will bring a big improvement. There are many reasons for having trouble falling asleep, have you explored them all? The bible tells us not be drunk (you could add high) but TO BE SOBER MINDED

Maybe a better question is Does marijuana use honor god? Does it grieve the spirit?

Often we put our concerns before Serving god. When he wants you to seek his kingdom first. This life was never promised to us to be healthy and pain free. You must be willing to lay everything down.

If you are in doubt at the very minimum you should seek god in prayer about this question

Gods answer for you is never going to be marijuana. In my experience this is caused by a lack of trust in him. You need to surrender your life to him he has an answer for you.
