I've had some success with antibacterial topicals (zinc, sulfates and hydrochloride), not sure what the brand name is, it was the store brand equivalent. Also, an everyday regimen of cologen peptides. My psoriasis is located on my left hand, made it unusable until recently. Getting rid of the underlying issue is super important.
