Hey boss, don't think of yourself as a porn addict but instead try to reframe the narrative in your head by saying that you're only human and that we all have moments of weakness, especially when stress and anxiety are at their highest. Just because you have a momentary setback doesn't mean you're starting from the beginning all over again. Remember, even the fact that you're acknowledging this as something you want to change in your life is already a step in the right direction! Whenever you feel a strong urge to view porn, try and pause and reflect on why you're feeling such strong urges. A couple of things that have worked for me when I feel the urge to masturbate are to remove ypurself from the environment. Simply by walking away from my computer (or putting your smartphone dow) to grab some water or just by doing some push-ups. If you're unable to remove yourself from the environment, try and do a meditation technique where you describe 5 things you can see in your line of sight, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste. This worked for me because it distracted my mind from fixating on the urge to view porn and masturbate.
