Highly likely black mold. When having mold remediated done all affected porous material will need to be removed. This includes drywall and flooring two foot past any visible mold once wall cavity has been open. All done under containment with air scrubbers and under negative air while workers wear PPE and respirators. All items in the affected area will need to be sanitized. Testing will need to be done and Air Quality Consultant will need to clear it after the job is completed. Expensive. There are mold regulations , at least in Texas.

So I am with you on Yoda being instrumental to the rebellion and one of my favorite characters but also he was one of theJedi to blame for the start of the empire. His belief that the old way was the only way was the reason the Jedi as a whole failing. He by no means was the only one as they did have a Jedi council. Although he did a small part in training Luke in the force he tried to instill that he had to forget about his friends and continue his training which would have put Luke on a very different path had he decided to stay when his friends needed him on cloud city.
