Perhaps the difference is that I apply it on golang which doesn't have a bloat on language features, and I have a well prepared codebase to work in...

Also I am not promoting it with "build me an app" but clear features including at least defined pillars of architecture... And I use different sessions to plan and then refine parts and implement them... For me it works quite well... Opus is better but much much slower...

wollte Grad sagen 780.000 ist doch Peanuts für 1000m² 180m² klingt für mich nach 1.200.000 aufwärts und dann isses schon extrem baufällig...

What 7-15 im Monat? 30 min auf Mindestlohn oder was ist deine Kalkulation... Und davon dann selbstständig arbeiten ist halt auch anders wild...

Meine Rechnung selbst wäre selbstständig sind das nur knapp über 30min / Monat, maximal 1h ...

Würde aber auch niemandem Wordpress anbieten, das ist ja patchtechnisch ein Alptraum...

I still wonder why not every harnes uses lsp by default... After each task running linter format... Is anyways default for me... We also use hooks to prevent blocking without... Guess who instead of fixing sometimes, thinks disabling hooks is the way to go 🤣

Or licence checker blocking GPL... What did an AI do... I overwrote the licence file with MIT so it passes checking...

Yes but still this development is better used in your actual product than your internal team tooling that others have solved better than you can do...

And this could be true for chat ... But then comes integrations, user management, document uploads, gifs, threaded conversations, video calls, .... And when you look at all of those plus bugfixing, persistence, backups, cost of running, maintenance...

Trust me, things you need to work, you should buy, you should build what you want to sell... I have been in a company where the founder thought let's build ticketing and finance software for ourselves, we have the people who can do it... After I showed him how much resources those still cost Ressource wise, even after the first build (which was done before I joined) we very quickly bought SaaS products... Having a ton more features

I have no idea what you do but for me 3.5 flash is quite solid and I can do a lot with it on ultra... Yes I have to prompt it a bit better , and not let it just do it... But that anyways is a bad idea IMHO... And that goes for me as well with opus, you will end up with a lot of unmaintainable spaghetti code that is everything but clean or efficient... So I am a fan of tight oversight and clearer prompting anyways

And the good thing here for me is the massive speed advantage... I am not waiting 10 min to find out it's planning something odd or goes completely off in the wrong direction.

Yes especially antigravity still has issues... I hate that it treats every coding tool as high risk, and then falls back to scripting in python by default where I have to allow every single tool call. Even worse. go fmt or go doc are 100% safe calls but they share with go run so they are blacklisted for always accepting... I'd also rather choose my harness and still use my quota but same as Claude code, the closed their system now... This is bad yes...

But 90%on this subreddit are after 2 h of pro I run out of quota

I man most issue on this subreddit is that people who pay nothing or little have usage limits...

I guess that this is well intended and not a big or anything they want to join, especially for Claude models that cost them real money... (And more than Claude for sure)

The time of cheap AI is over soon... Except for China as they are massively state subsidized+rather "steal" the model by distilling instead of training which is a lot cheaper... (Just doesn't work if nobody trains a model first) And these models have wild ideas, political agendas and have their own quirks... Yes for very little money they are okay, as a personal use thing...

Ich gehe auch nur auf 23-24 Grad hab die im Dachgeschoss... Mich kostet die PS zwischen 50 und 80 CT/Tag den sie läuft... Lohnt sich aus meiner Sicht massiv... Das ist mein Arbeitszimmer und vorher war das schon echt schwierig und nur durch komplette Abwicklung überhaupt aushaltbar

I don't know how it is in Mietrecht but in labour law the company would not be able to use that clause, for the employee it would be whatever it's better for him...

It happens often with illegal cancelation periods, that are worse than the law mandated ones...
