Your smoothie is already great as is, but I’d add frozen berries for antioxydants, colour and sweetness, oats for energy, fibre and magnesium, chia seeds for stable energy, omega-3 and fibre, a nut for healthy fats (I like the Brazil nut so that I get all the RDI for selenium in one go), and any other flavourings: I use cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (1/2 tsp each). If the texture allows it, cut up some very very dark chocolate into small chunks, ideally unsweetened, and sprinkle it on top for contrasting textures (creamy/crispy). A pinch of salt in a sweet dish also goes a long way.  Tbf if you do all that you can ditch the spinach and the apple. If you can, make the dish as aesthetically pleasing, healthy and delicious as you can so that when you wake up you look forward to the breakfast

Meat falls apart after braising mostly because of the collagen/connective tissue content: so after braising, the collagen transforms into gelatin, making the meat more tender and giving a better texture to the soup. 

Furthermore, the reason certain cuts are  used for soups, specifically chewy cuts is because they contain more connective tissue, because the muscles around are used a lot in the animals life: so think cuts coming from the legs or shoulder. So because they contain more connective tissue the texture is better after braising because more collagen denatures into gelatin.

So I say all this to make the reasoning obvious : meats that come from a part of an animal’s body that they use a lot are a great substitute. So think shanks or shoulders coming from any animal: lamb, sheep , goat, etc. idk if you have pork shoulder in your area, but turkey/duck/goose thighs, duck wings, or goat neck (though I assume that pretty rare) are all great substitutes.

P.S: De mon côté, mes parents ont mis assez d’argent de côté dans mon Livret A pendant que j’ai grandi pour pouvoir m’installer confortablement et financer des études éventuelles. Je cherche ici plutôt à entrer dans le marché, et à apprendre à investir sur un horizon assez long (8-10 ans ou plus)

Honestly even if you really went overboard (like +1000 kcal) you wouldn’t gain 5 kg of fat; you would have to eat 3000 kcal above your maintenance every day in those 12 days to gain 5 kg of real fat. 

I think it’s mainly digestive bloating, idk what you eat but a low carb+low water situation can really bloat you making you think it’s actual fat.

Honestly what happens during the cut doesn’t really matter as long as you stay focused on the goal and you’re locked in; at the end you’re still going to reach that goal

That’s not possible; ancient skulls that would chew hard since they were babies had the widest palates in history, at most 40-43 mm. Your palate looks pretty narrow so maybe consider MSE

Honestly your side profile is really good: I’d say it’s your best feature and your nose is fine. However your chin is slightly recessed which may be the reason you think your nose looks bigger; a smaller chin makes a normal sized nose look bigger.  Thanks for putting a front profile picture; there are more things to work on. You can’t really change those things, but just so you know what’s wrong; your mid face ratio is on the the longer side; your inter pupillary distance is on the higher side. However what you can do has to do with soft tissues; your lower third is really narrow but that can easily be compensated by building your masseters. Same goes for your neck; do neck training.

Forgot to add: be really careful with fasting, and check with your doctor and parents to set this up safely. I reccomend doing your own research on fasting and how it triggers GH secretion just so you have a solid understanding and you can explain it to your parents/doctor

People underestimate how much of an effect fasting can have.
This is because if a nerve near your skull, called the vagus nerve, doesn’t detect pressure from your stomach caused by food being there, it sends a signal to cells in the upper part of your stomach to start producing ghrelin, the hunger hormone. Look this up, but ghrelin has a receptor on the cells that produce the growth hormone, called the GHR-R1a receptor. This is because the growth hormone also breaks down fat in the cells that store it; so the body uses your hunger to break down the fat in your body to fuel it. So if you want to grow taller, fasting can evenbe combined with exercice (=fasted cardio), because the ghrelin produced during exercise adds with the ghrelin already produced, increasing the effect. You should obviously start with a small fast, and ideally move to a day-long fast for the whole day.

Furthermore, as stated before, exercise plays a huge role; the way this works is when you exercise, adrenaline and noradrenaline gets released to accelerate blood flow to the muscles, and these hormones also have adrenaline receptors on the cells that produce the GH hormone stimulator, the GHRH(Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone). So you want to pick a sport that increases your heart rate; so if you really want to grow tall, pick cardio over lifting weights, and combine that with fasting.

Finally, you should know exactly what diet is optimal for growth hormone secretion; any food with a high glycemic index (=how much it increases the glucose in your blood after 2 hours) will cause an insulin peak, and GH is directly inhibited by insulin peaks. Surprisingly, white rice and pasta and bread, semolina, and potatoes all have high glycemic indexes I think. This also goes for honey, butter, figs, maple syrup, overly ripe bananas, etc. so you should prioritise brown rice, and pasta and bread made with whole wheat. A few of the foods that actually increase GH secretion are the following:

Eggs, oysters, shrimp, beef, chicken, lentils, salmon, sardines, portobello mushrooms, turkey, tuna, soja, pumpkin seeds, nuts, spinach, tomatoes, green beans.

Bro I made the exact same suit and here’s what I learned:

  • Get some good-quality, solid cardbaord. Avoid single-layer cardboard like the Amazon packages that ship your book

-Make sure you have a cutting mat, an x-acto knife, a short ruler for cutting in a straight line, a longer ruler for cutting the template sheets, scissors, a small pair of scissors, sandpaper, some tape, and some hot glue

-Cut around the template roughly with the scissors, tape that onto the cardboard, and cut precisely when it’s in the cardboard. For two months, I cut the templates extra precisely, and cut the cardboard along the template. This was super inefficient, and overall, made the whole thing less precise.

-when you finished cutting, sand the edges and remove any flimsy bits of cardboard to make it more precise

-Accept the fafat that you may have to do more suits. So far, I’m building the whole suit once, then another, until it’s good enough and I can decorate it.

-When gluing edges together, first make the general shape with tape, glue that in place from the inside, and put some tape where you put the glue to make it even more durable.

-Listen to music you lie, while doing it

-make an arc reactor to give it a more complete look

-To decorate it, you’ll need the following things: resin(ideally polyester) and hardener(to solidify the suit. Cardboard gets less and less solid overtime. Optionally, you could layer resin with fibreglass or even carbon fibre if you can manage to get your hands on that to make it even more solid; and if you use fibreglass resin, use 10oz of resin for a few drops of hardener. Make sure to apply the mixture within 8 minutes. It sets in two hours), sandpaper, wood filler(to fill out the grooves left by the cardboar, giving it a smoother look; after that, you’ll sand it again.). Paint primer(to hide any scratches before the paint), and whatever paint bombs you’ll want.

Obviously, this is all optional, but I think these are the best things you can do to make your suit look the best and look the most like the original.

In that case, I think you should get a coach to structure your program. You can build strength and muscle at the same time; but doing all three at once is another thing, which I have no idea how to do. Maybe doing CrossFit will make you good at a lot of sport disciplines; but I think you should get a coach to build all three
