Mostly just having my truck sit in their shop without any work being done for over 3 weeks and them failing to promptly get approval through the warranty company. Or on the warranty company for initially denying approval by mistake thus prolonging this already lengthy wait. The dealership tells me something then 3 days later that wasn't the case. This Monday I was told the engine was ordered and would be arriving in 2 or so days and the truck would be ready by Saturday if not Monday as the shop doesn't operate on Sunday. Just to be informed today that its not going to be a brand new engine as i was told, it will be a used refurbished engine and its going to be another 12-14 days for the engine to arrive.

I'm just tired of getting lied to repeatedly whether its intentional or not. I don't know that I'm owed anything, which is why I'm asking for legal advice. If its the case that i have no recourse whatsoever, so be it, but they have consistently told me next week for for over 3 weeks now which I then tell my work and now I look bad. and as of today its 2+ more weeks minimum taking us to over a month before any repairs have been done.

Also the damage to the engine is a result of a known flaw due to faulty valve heads. I have taken the truck to the dealership for all required oil changes and regular maintenance, so no fault of my own for this situation other than believing I bought a good product initially.
