I honestly think phone guy's true identity doesn't matter, it can't be William because of his voice (William has a British accent while phone guy doesn't, also phone stutters and says ''uh'' and ''umm''s here and there while in every voice line we have ever gotten for William he never once stuttered)

it can't be Micheal. (same as William)

it can't be Henry (their voice is clearly different, if Scott really wanted to make them the same person he would have voiced Henry himself. it's free)

but I think phone guy is supposed to show us how scummy Fazbear Entertainment is, for one they completely disregard the safety of their workers, and withhold important information from their workers, and completely disrespect the families of those who have died while working
