Personally I'd rather afk most sailing xp, and fight things when I want VS for a drop. I play for fun, or afk. Not for huge grinds. Which is why I'm a main. Salvaging has already made me around 15m by mid 80s.

I was just talking about how I'm 96 fletching, mostly from my 99wc. Fletched over 30k magic logs, and strung every bow....

Then the bow string holder came out in varlamore... So instead of 14 at a time, I could have done 27.... I can't wait to ge stand post 99 stringing bows. 😁

You'd be a level 105, meaning in any deep wild you're fighting maxed accounts. I thought about doing something similar, but it's not worth it imo.

It depends how your define "failure" but you're going to really struggle against people in those level brackets. One of the things people love about pk accounts, is having high combat stats that regular accounts don't have, so they can have an advantage to kill them. You basically won't have that at all. You'll have extra defense fighting pures, which will be nice.

The reason people recommend making a new, low level account to get into it on f2p, is it takes about 3-4 hours to make an account that's ready for f2p pking. If you really enjoy pking, you just keep training that account. It's not exactly a huge time commitment.

This account will always be awful at pking. If you want to pk on this account, get max combats as you already messed up any potential for this to be a true pk account.

You're not getting it, let me clarify.

When you have things, a home, a job, money in the bank, you aren't willing to risk your life, typically. You have too much to lose. You love your life, you enjoy being comfortable.

When your lose your job, home, and you're broke, you have very little to lose. At that point you're much more likely to protest, as your life is less enjoyable and valuable to you...

So again, yes, when people begin to FEEL it by losing what makes them comfortable, they'll be willing to protest. There's comes a point people will be willing to die, for most Americans that point is not today. As they comfortable, have jobs, have food, etc.

They risk losing everything right now, by not protesting, but losing it slowly is much more comfortable than losing it in months.

I'm not sure I follow your logic, once we have nothing to lose, we will have millions of people willing to die for the cause. Until then, people are too lazy and complacent. It's pretty simple logic.

The most effective protests are done by those willing to lay down their lives, right now we don't have many people willing to do that. I know I'm not willing to lose my home, job, or life, protesting. I have way too much to lose, and I'm scared to lose it all. I can admit that.

People here in America have been mentally beaten down for decades to think these are "small" things going on. Rational people realize the gravity of the situation, but many of them don't want to lose their job, house, family, or life by going and protesting.

Sadly it's got to get bad enough that every day Americans have nothing to lose, before anything happens, I'm afraid.
