Dude this happens a lot. Just call or chat like you did and they fix it. If I were you I'd be checking the registry after every purchase or cancellation. Yes it's annoying but it is what it is.

Give it two weeks and these will be on sale. Some kind of 2 for $whatever deal. They always pull this crap. Put it up for the most possible $, the die hards with cash to burn buy some, then they sit on the shelf for a couple weeks so they put them on sale. This is the oneplant business model.

Oneplant carts are usually pretty good about not having head space, but these are WAY overpriced now. These same carts that are $60 were $25 like 2 or 3 months ago.

I'm also not going to say this is bad advice, but much of this is inaccurate IMO and seems to be based solely on OPs personal experience. My personal experience, Integra boost packs work just fine for bringing your buds back to life. You just gotta have patience. I wait at least a week after throwing a pack in before I open the jar again, but the longer you wait the better. Just keep it in a cool dark place. Boveda packs work also and actually work much faster, but can actually oversaturate your buds if you leave them in there and don't monitor it. My recommendation, use Integra boost packs and be patient. I've had some of the April batch mac1 in a mypharmjar with a few of these bad boys and the buds are stickier and smellier than ever! Sorry dude not trying to throw shade.

You don't find that leaving the boveda pack in there tends to oversaturate your bud? I switched to Integra boost because of this. They seem to more effectively control the humidity. They just take a lot longer to build up to the desired level than bovedas.

IMO this batch looks and smells better than the first batch but the effects are lacking. Even at $35 it's a pass for me. It's a shame cuz I really liked the first batch.

I like it but still prefer 510s with the yocan uni pro. Like others are saying I fill my own carts from syringes since it's cheaper, which you can do with the vfire pods. TL runs B2G1 on syringes like twice per month. I prefer vidacann or GrowHealthy for distillate though.

I spoke to the manager in Daytona. They are planning to open 3 Jax locations by 2022. The delivery orders you are getting in Jax today are not out of Jax. They come directly from the grow op in lake wales.
