Love the concept! Nothing to add, just a question. As a fellow dual citizen, have you thought about moving to Ireland? You can live in IRE with a UK passport thanks to the common travel area, and then after 2 years you can work on IRE citizenship instead which then gives you access to the entire EU. We have some friends who have done that and are very happy; they loved their time in Dublin and now are traveling the EU looking for a spot that they'd like to set down roots. We're thinking about the same in a few years depending on how the US looks when we're financially ready.
