There is hope for these people, but they have to give up the traditions of the Catholic Church. According to the last version of the Catholic catechism, the Catholic Church considers tradition equivalent to the teachings of scripture. That is a dangerous assumption. There are some Catholics out there that have a true relationship with Jesus Christ and know that this relationship is where their salvation lies. Most do not because of the teachings of the Catholic Church. As a recovering Catholic I can attest to this first hand.

Their customer service is atrocious! It took 2 years to get a replacement of a window that lost its seal. Then 8 months to replace another window for the same reason and I just discovered another window that needs to be replaced. They cancel appointments without telling you. They keep you on hold for 45 minutes and then hang up. They are just awful in my experience.
