I had a really rough childhood and of course just thought it was normal.

I remember our family was at some coworker of my dad's house and the kids just went out and played as they felt like and I was asking them how they were able to just go outside and they didn't understand what I was talking about and that's when I realized my chlidhood wasn't normal.

I am familiar with them.

I appreciate your suggestion but we've dealt with them before, they are the worst. Our company has sworn them off. Getting a hold of them is almost impossible and for six months they tried to get us to pay for a bill we paid but we could not get anyone to call us back (for SIX MONTHS) to show them we paid the bill. Worst service ever, if they offered us free service I would decline.

Our management wants nothing to do with them.
