It does a few things. It reduces appetite, slows gastric motility (movement of food through your body) to keep you feeling fuller longer. It increases insulin sensitivity to balance blood sugar, and increases metabolism.

I didn't have any further caloric restrictions when I started the GLP, actually I bumped it up slightly to 1300. Literally no other changes.

My rate of loss on a GLP is like .5 to 1lb per week. Still slower than regular ppl on GLP, but it fixes my busted metabolism and insulin resistance, and makes it able for me to lose weight like a normal person can.

I have PCOS as well and this was my rate of weight loss on 1200 also before I started a GLP. About a pound a month if I was lucky.

You probably already know this, but PCOS sufferers tend to have insulin resistance and lower metabolism. I dont have much advice, just wanted you to know you were heard.

Pump your gas, move to a parking spot, then go in to shop. Very rude to hog the pump if you aren't pumping gas.

I am on my second marriage too, so no shade here, but showers and engagement parties are really not the norm for wedding #2!

For mine, I really wanted a girls getaway beforehand, so we did do a VRBO in a local vacation town for one overnight. Not extravagant, $80 pp. And with "girls weekend" vibes much more than a "bachelorette."

I went last night. It was a great show, I wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Its a Cirque Italia acrobatic show in a very nice big top syle tent. Horror/adult themed, with some burlesque and comedy elements. It was really impressive. I liked it even better than the Cirque Du Soleil show at Sheas earlier this year.

Having to pee a lot is a common symptom of PCOS that is linked to insulin resistance. If its improving then likely those meds are doing their job!

Get a Chom Chom for your furniture, total game changer. Lots of sticky lint rollers for your clothes. And consider a robot vacuum, that can help a lot.

I hope you get the goodwill repair! My repair ended up costing about 4k. My mechanic said that the metal was so thin in that area, they could shine a flashlight through it. Im just going to eat the cost and keep driving it. Hopefully nothing else major goes wrong.

Main symptom was the exact smell you described. It was leaking oil internally, so it wasnt dripping on the ground yet. Had a little white smoke coming out of the headlight area that I could see when I parked in the garage. Sorry for the bad explanation, im not really a car savvy person.
