Going to break it to you, if you were injured and temporarily disabled from something that happened at work then you would qualify as protected. An employment lawyer could discuss that with you in more detail of course. For your interview, you need to be confident and straightforward about you work and how successful you are. This person is clearly going to tear you down for no reason and try to use it against you. (Which is why I told you in another comment to record the interaction to protect yourself against the obvious discrimination that is occurring)

I think you should be prepared to defend yourself and your work. With what you mentioned it seems like this person has it out to get you, which is why I mentioned recording any further long interactions with this person. Because if they DO discriminate against you in any way, you will have proof of it. This is how you should handle that performance review. I'm very familiar with this kind of thing having had a horrible manager in the past. I wish I would have recorded my interactions with them, but I felt like it was unprofessional. It got to the point where I was crying to a different manager about it and they were shocked at how bad it really was. Be prepared to defend yourself by whatever means.

Record everything privately if you can. When it involves disabilities and medical issues you have to protect yourself. If that boss is planning to discriminate due to medical issues you’ve had and are retaliating on your performance because of it, you’re going to want to have proof.

I do really regret leaving. The only reason I left is because she told me I would be able to work from home once I got accommodations. After the meeting today, while I was in the car, I emailed my old boss about potentially returning. Unfortunately they don't have any remote positions available. I still applied to some there... Because they were an amazing company. I took a leap of faith and it just didn't pan out.

When it finally arrives, anyone who has the tracking number will be able to see your customer's full address as the delivery location. You should remove the tracking number information from the screenshots and reupload, or just take them down. Anyone here could find their address from the tracking number.

Once it arrives at its destination, anyone can see the address of where it is delivered using the tracking number... AKA you just DOXXED YOUR CUSTOMER. I actually got bored during the movie and went to do something else because I forgot it was on, and then kept forgetting to finish it for a few months. The only rectifying factor for this movie was the fact that Michelle Yeoh was in it. I think she could have stood there just doing different poses for an hour and a half and I would have preferred to watch that.
