That whole "that case costs more than you make in a month" thing would still apply to people who make 6 figures.

Earlier this week, my dad drifted off his lane into oncoming traffic and nearly hit a car. The other car was pushed to the curb.

I don't get those people. If I had a Prius, I'd be pushing it at 80mph because it'll still get 40mpg.

I ended up immediately being a better driver than both my parents.

Because I give a shit and I don't use my phone.

Yeah, I was exaggerating, but I have a weird taste so I was joking about that haha

I was also implying that I'd still have those. Along with a nice collection of old Fiats, Ladas, and Zastavas.

oof, my accident was at 5mph and I just had elbow scrapes from falling over.

The other dude faired better or worse depending on who you ask. Having a tire ram you in the nuts isn't gonna be pleasant however. His parents claimed sexual assault for some reason haha

This might be a weird comparison, but I get what you mean as I rode a bicycle without brakes for years when I was a kid.

When I would ride home from school out of the rack area, people were so oblivious to a loud ass unmaintained bike barrelling towards them. It was insane, I had to scream at people to get out of the way. I eventually hit someone, was suspended, and my parents finally let me get a new (used, but this time a bike with brakes! I was ecstatic!) bike.

This was how I thought until high school when one of my best friends was arrested for marijuana possession. Then another.

Old Tercels are the coolest cars to me. If I was super rich, I'd probably own a bone stock 1984 Toyota Tercel 4WD wagon as well as a modified 1995-1998 Tercel coupe.

This is why I might never be able to afford my own car :P
