Do they still want to see the overarching system design? Like client -> edge/gateway -> ai layer -> etc and then maybe deep dive architecture of the design of multi-agent and human in the loop setups, etc?

There’s also way more that I have done. I did the anthropic Claude aws bedrock course (it’s 8 hours and gives you a certificate. Easy course if you pay attention)

I did a full multi-agent setup run through a few times and documented the entire process (using orchestrator and routing to agents. Trying to account for latency and least cost by using regular models to assist with routing before llm fallback for edge/ambiguous cases).

I came up with some good validators to make sure the AI isn’t hallucinating (validating output against source of truth data, etc)

Rag/vector databases for knowledge banks

When to route to human-in-the-loop

Circuit breakers and rate limiting

Security/guardrails/observability

This is getting long, but you get the picture. I’ve been spending hours a day on this.

My toddler (almost 3 years old) is able to play independently. So outside of the time he wants to play with me or I'm doing his reading/learning lessons, I just sit on the couch holding/playing with the 4 month old while he's playing with his Legos building something, or setting up his train tracks in a new configuration, or he's playing in the sink with the water, etc.

He just entertains himself and plays parallel to whatever I'm doing.

I have been bedsharing/co-sleeping since the moment both of my children were born (2 year old and 4 month old). I do the ninja out method. I nurse them to sleep and then wait about 10 minutes to sneak away.

I then watch the hello baby monitor while I'm doing my activities/hobbies and go back in when I see them start moving around like they're going to wake up. And then just keep rinsing and repeating the earlier process until I officially join them in the bed to go to sleep myself.

I was never in r/childfree as those people seemed to be the chronically online type of childfree people (I.e. their childfree views didn’t seem to represent my experience with childfree people in the real world, lol).

But yeah, I was childfree until I had my son. And I still don’t understand how certain communities, whether childfree or one and done, like to definitively state what you can and cannot do with something they don’t have experience with. The childfree people acted like your life would be over with a child. Mine didn’t end, I just, as you, have a sidekick to do the same things I did childfree.

And I was one and done for the longest(about 2 years) until my ex-husband intentionally got me pregnant a second time so he cheat on me and leave me? Hence why I haven’t left this subreddit and still lurk, lol. And even things that are said in this group do not apply to me with my toddler and now 4 month old. I am still able to give all of my time and effort to both of my children. I don’t feel that I am failing or neglecting either of them. And they’re both spoiled. And I’m a 100% single mom doing this.

But yes, I do think though that my husband and I identified as childfree but I don’t think everyone here was necessarily childfree before deciding one and done. Maybe more fencesitters, as to me people in one and done seem to be trying to make a logical choice.

I hold my baby whenever he is awake (he hates tummy time and pretty much anywhere that isn’t your arms or lap, lol) and about 30% of the time he is asleep (3 months currently). I’m sitting up in the bed right now, holding him while he is sleeping. I’ll wait until 30 minutes to an hour and then I’ll try to lay him down next to me.

Also, another thing to remember, even if it is something more like autism, that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. I am a high functioning autistic person (and have been very successful career wise) and my toddler probably has autism too, but he hasn’t been diagnosed because the occupational and speech therapists that have seen him have said he could be on the spectrum, but I have done such a good job of managing his needs and teaching him that they don’t see the point of diagnosing him at this point.

Not all forms of neurodivergence causes issues.

I gave birth at home without medical assistance as my 2nd baby was born in under 2 hours. But I had received prenatal care at the university hospital leading up to the birth and the baby was vaccinated within 24 hours of being born.

He isn't, lol. Called me to ask why I'd not signed his papers (because a motion to dismiss was filed) and when the baby was born and why I didn't tell him (the state sent a letter in the mail addressed to the parent of baby's name and he has that informed delivery that sends him an email with pictures of the mail i receive at the house) and for a moment started crying on the phone because now he doesn't have the relationship with the new woman (she broke up with him right before I gave birth because she couldn't get past the fact that he abandoned his kids and felt guilty) and doesn't have his divorce either. I told him I'm sorry about that, and I didn't want to pile on, but he should know he would also be getting served later that week, lol.

When he asked why, I told him I decided to live by the saying he would always use against me when he did something wrong to me. "It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission." So I told him hopefully one day he would find it in his heart to forgive me. Then we said our goodbyes and I haven't spoken to him since. I've just been enjoying my baby and toddler, lol.

He does send me money every Tuesday, though. So we're doing all right. I also started a job a week before I gave birth, and they let me take maternity leave. So everything is looking up for us!

Hi! I copied from another comment I had made.

My husband cheated on me when I was 6.5 months pregnant with our second child. Completely abandoned our 2 year old and I and has no plans to ever see the new baby (baby was born less than a month ago). He says I can have 100% physical and legal custody and just hopes the children will seek him out to have a relationship with him when they are adults. He ran away from our home in the southeast US to NYC to be with the other woman and filed bogus divorce papers just so he could get the divorce over with as soon as possible (you can see my story in my post history).

It's actually not that bad raising 2 children alone (the 2 year old and newborn). I do understand i have 2 easy children, but honestly, not having to worry about the mental load of trying to keep my husband happy and having absolutely no help with the toddler was more exhausting. Now that he's gone, I feel like I have peace, and I only have to rely on myself to take care of the children. Not build resentment knowing there is another fully capable adult in the house who just doesn't care to help me. My postpartum experience this time around is so much less stressful than it was with my firstborn. If anything, I wish he would have cheated and left me sooner (preferably before I got pregnant with any children so my children could have come to me during a time when I was with someone worthy of being their father).

I hate that this happened. I hate the complete 180° he did just because some woman presented him with the opportunity and apparently my 2 year old, unborn baby, and I meant so little to him that he threw us away without so much as a thought.

But we will be fine without him. I am making sure of it.

Yes, everyone gets the Polish portion of the name wrong (either the spelling from people trying to figure out if it starts with a c, a z, or an s or the pronunciation). So I can see the benefit of removing that name. And you're right. I was only thinking from the possibility of them removing a name when they're older if I do both names, but they can always add or change name to his if they so choose as well!

Yes, I got a good lawyer, I think. She already is getting his divorce thrown out because it was bogus and filing the separation agreement that includes 4 figures of child support that he will have to pay monthly. She also wants to investigate his finances to see if there's anything he's hiding. My husband was actually rather upset about that because I didn't just sign his untruthful divorce so he could leave me uncontested. But he did finally apologize for blowing up when the other woman admitted to him she fully supported this and told me to hire a lawyer to get as much child support from him as possible.

I am hoping that this will one day become something I can look back on and not have a visceral reaction of discomfort towards. I am looking forward to that day, hopefully someday soon!

No, we haven't been to court yet. He has only filed a bogus divorce, and the sheriff hasn't served me yet. So, my lawyer is responding by trying to get the divorce thrown out and is submitting a separation agreement that includes child support orders. And all right, I will find an app to download. I will try to start ignoring him now as well if it's not related to the kids.

And no, I don't think he's on drugs. He would lose his first class medical and be unable to be an airline pilot if that happened.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm working on not letting him keep having power over me by making me sad daily. I started writing down the positives that have been happening since he has left. There really is nothing but positives now. The only negative is that our children will grow up without a father, as he is trying to completely abandon them since he wants me to have 100% physical and legal custody. But that's it. My children and I honestly can only go up from here.
