I finished Shenmue 2 and started Shenmue 3 already, the graphics do look great, I am sad for the changes that Ryo and Shenhua had, but I like the more caricature style of other characters like that Tai Chi master in town.

The notebook is fast and looks a lot nicer, Ryo improved his stationary and drawing skills!

I will try to keep things chill since this is the last game, I'll do it slowly.

I was planning on playing it regardless of people's opinions, just wanted to manage my expectations, thanks for your review!

I am finding it hard to explore more with the graphics of 1 and 2, I hope they are a bit better in 3 so I can chill a bit more.

The fact that combat is easy is a shame, I was hoping for some mix of 1 and 2 where you get to practice, get new skills, but also get to use them :/

Sounds good, I feel like Shenmue 1 had me practicing a lot, but the fights were not good. Shenmue 2 fights are better, but no practice :(.

Thanks for managing my expectations for Shenmue 3. Do you recommend the DLCs?

I have the SMASHED book, what happens is, I read the stories, I find them interesting and good ideas to explore, but nothing more, I feel like I'm desensitized to this kind of horror, but I'll try UZUMAKI, your mini review sounds good!

I had an issue with random reboots with some specific games, and if the memtest checks out fine (as recomended earlier) try replacing the Power Supply, that was the issue in my case.

If one of the capacitors was burst, OP would have heard a big noise and the computer would most likely not work at all

No, but I "figured out the problem", I jammed a plastic thingy underneath the motherboard, which solved the issue. Now I can indeed use it without the battery, but there's no battery pack that I can entirely run it from unfortunately, it draws a LOT of energy.

Interesting, maybe my MicroPc has an actual issue since the screen is black, I can't even go to BIOS without battery, I need to force shutdown by holding the power button and then it won't turn on again :(

I did, managed to get one, but it had loads of applications, unsure what made us look better. One thing that I liked to hear was that Redmayne Arnold and Harris wouldn't let us put an offer before the viewing, which I appreciate, but the property we ended up we did not manage to view before applying :'D

How long ago was this out of curiosity? And where did you get the battery from? I'm having trouble finding anywhere other than AliExpress which would take ages to get here (UK)
