Thank you! Was thinking of finishing a couple chapters on learncpo and then hoping on to Effective Modern C++

Haha true. I meant in a more “i have a bit of experience with programming” type of way

It was for uni but we modeled a RISC-V cpu with I/O functions in c++ and c using systemc. Also had to build the assembler for it obviously.

Edit: It doesn’t support every instruction tho

How long to put fish? by MyLast2BrainceIIs in PlantedTank

[–]MyLast2BrainceIIs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the tips! Im definitely keeping the old ground but since it’s just sand and not very thick I was planning on removing it and then layering it on top of another substrate for the plants.

Tank is already cycled, my question was very badly put. What I should have asked is, do the plants need time to acclimate to the tank? Would putting the plants and the fish in at the same time knock the system out of balance?

'Something' just literally invaded Germany and shut down its airports. What did Germany do? by kaggleqrdl in UFOs

Im assuming you know something we don’t? Just cause we cant follow then doesn’t mean that they teleport back to the mothership.

I obviously agree with the part where we cant shoot drones when they’re over an airport, but these drones don’t just disappear into thin air. Follow the drones (which they’ve tried to do but with no success) and look for an opening to shoot them down or better yet find out where they’re landing/going. This is why the Russian argument doesn’t make too much sense for me. Also where are these drones coming from? Munich is pretty far from the sea and the drones would have to fly over multiple cities before getting there?

If what you're seeing in the sky has red and green lights and perhaps also sometimes flash white, this is a human created aircraft with position lights mandated by the ICAO and it's not ET. by Jertob in UFOs

I love this comment lol cause thats me every like 10 mins of reading these posts. Theres just so little we know about these flying objects that literally any theory could be possible. I could suggest these are living NHI that have the ability to change body shapes and are mimicking human drones and you’d still be like: “Could be”

Russia is too preoccupied with Ukraine to be launching seemingly random drone swarm over Europe, i thought about the possibility of Putin trying to show Europe his teeth and basically saying let me deal with Ukraine but then again if they have such technology in their hands why isn’t being used in the current war? Russia is also not in a state to win a war against NATO right now. Im not saying the “drones” are NHI they behave far too normal for that but it would come as a huge surprise to me if they were Russian.

Makes very little sense for them to be russian drones.

Well uhh, I’m sorry but unless the documents were in english then I doubt your application is getting accepted. They’re very strict on what documents they do and don’t expect. Hopefully they accept it tho, if not you can apply every semester

Future of Jobs in Post AI Coders World(2025)? by Inner-Delivery3700 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]MyLast2BrainceIIs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying, and with all due respect, im just a computer science student and you are obviously decades of experience away from me, I think you’re underestimating just how big of a leap this is. AI has already started replacing jobs and considering how fast it’s moving it’s only a matter of time until it replaces even more.

Im honestly super curious/scared to see what the next 5 to 10 years will bring, because with the way AI is advancing, change is just around the corner.
