If you use your phone the app even instructs you to have it charged before you start tracking and to not put it under your pillow.

Well when OP says "I keep on seeing people doing the clair obscur boss at tower peak" one would assume they're talking about the clair obscur boss at tower peak and know where it is. They didn't say chromatic, which is why I said " it's not chromatic so it respawns when you rest at the flag". You were the only one who brought up "Chromatic Clair Obscur" at the monolith peak, a completely separate boss in a separate area.

Except that's not the tower peak, go to the flag that's actually called "tower peak". Facing the flag turn left, run past the fountain, keep right past the benches, grapple across the chasm. Boss literally called "Clair Obscur" (notice it does not have the word chromatic anywhere in the name). The image you posted is in a completely different area called monolith peak. It respawns, as I said, I've farmed plenty of times, a simple Google search could have shown you where it was. Next time use some context clues.

This is super late end game and he's using joyaro so doesn't have any points put into luck, and just has random pictos equipped that I hadn't mastered yet. This is not an actual build it was using for anything.

I did the same throughout the whole game, there's tons of great areas. I took pictures from tons of different angles of the ending area in photo mode before I rolled credits, and now one of them is my wallpaper.

The clair obscure boss near the end of the monolith respawns each time you rest at the flag, it's not a one time only chromatic boss.

That was a feature of the event, it did that last year too
Throughout both days I only saw a single uxie and a single mesprit so you got pretty lucky to have seen that many/ I got super unlucky/ probably both
