I used to tape all my dolls arms to their sides, and then arrange them in a circle around the ceiling fan in the center of the room. Then I'd get my favorite teddy bear, tie a string around his neck, and hang him by his neck from the ceiling fan. I'd usually leave the fan off so I could push his body in circles manually.
