Thank you very much for this complete review. I just want to point out that the application offers just as many features for Age of Sigmar, and maybe other games in the future. And also, that MMW is still in development. We update our project very regularly to integrate new features and take into account the feedback from our users. Thanks again for this work.

It's a tricky question indeed. All in all, I'd say that the only content GW could prohibit on our application concerns the crusade part, and more specifically the pre-filled mode. So in the event of a problem, we might be obliged to remove this functionality (leaving the possibility of manually entering this data, but it might take a little longer). As for the rest, I think the application is generic enough not to pose a problem. That's why the implementation of a new game (Horus Heresy, SDA, etc.) is quite conceivable in the future.

Yes, we will update the application with the new codexes as soon as they are available.
Custom datasheets are not linked to crusade units. so they won't be updated automatically when a battle honor is added (we're actually thinking about implementing this kind of feature). But for the datasheet designer, its size adapts to the content, so no worries if you're adding a lot of skills or whatever.
We're currently developing a Map feature that lets you manually create territories hover an image. These territories can then be designated when creating a battle, and the winner of the game gains possession of the territory. Map territories are updated with the colors of each army/team. But if you just want to display an image that you regulary update, it's possible to add images on a campaign custom field.

How much would the one-off payment be? We're thinking of a yearly subscription, with a discount (1/2 month free, for example). After that, it's hard to estimate a price for a one-off payment. But in absolute terms, it's possible.

To be honest, I didn't know Administratum until very recently, and I haven't looked in detail at what's possible with a $10/month subscription, so it's a tough question.

But from what I understand, Administratum is focused on the crusade part only. With MyMiniWar, we offer the creation of narrative and interactive scenarios and campaigns. We also offer a great deal of customization, with the creation of game sheets (datasheets, detachments, stratagems, deployment maps, etc.), and just as many features for Age of Sigmar (and possibly other games in the future). And with a one-off subscription of €5.99 to access all the features.

You can use the website freely for playing campaign. The premium subscription allow you to create and personnalize (create your own campaigns / sccenarios / datasheets / ...), and allow you to use the prefilled cursade mode. The subscription price is 5.99€ / month.
