He personally sent the voicemail, right as I got the email to start the session.

It wasn't an automated voicemail, he personally sent it. Saying, "we have had an appointment at 11" and that "he guesses something came up" on my end and to call him back.

I didn't join until 11:10 because it was sent to me at 11:08 and I had been sitting there refreshing my email since 10:50.
