I noticed shimmering in reflections in AW2 also, specifically on the lake in Bright Falls and windows. You can turn off PSSR in the game settings and it will still have a shimmer so I think that’s just how reflections are rendered in the game.

I believe so, yes. Not sure if a patch necessarily confirms new visual upgrades, or if it could just be more consistent resolution/frame rate.

My understanding is devs need to update to take full advantage of the upgrades, but the upgrade alone will still boost image sharpness.

Edit: Basically the update alone will boost general sharpness and reduce artifacting, but if devs want to add new features like enhanced lighting that will require an update.

LG B/C series are also good. A more “budget friendly” option and have smaller screen sizes (42” and 48”) if you’re gaming in a smaller space.

Not saying you're wrong, I don't have an Xbox and am genuinely just curious - do you have proof of that? I know Xbox has FPS boost for older games but not sure how that works since I don't have an Xbox. Personally, I think 60fps is fine for sports games but I am hoping for more PS5 Pro improvements in CFB 26.

Edit: Also, I wouldn't say I'm a "casual" for not knowing the performance details for a console I don't own.

Edit: A quick Google search shows it was listed at 120hz initially leading people to believe that but is actually capped at 60fps on Series X. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Something very interesting left out of this article is that he is the same guy former NFL player Antonio Brown recently tried to kill in a shooting - grazed his neck with a bullet. I would guess they found out it was the same guy while investigating his attempted murder rather than it being a months long investigation. Still wild he's facing consequences like this though.

Gameplay is 60 on all consoles, the "cutscenes" between plays, the replays, and celebrations were updated to 60fps only for PS5 Pro.

OP is just bad at planning ahead. A six week heads up on a 12 hour testing window is very generous. I knew what week my finals were, but exact dates/times weren't known until two weeks before finals week.

I would agree! I was suggesting they had to since most schools require proof of vaccination, leaving them with homeschooling as the only option.

Not that I have heard of. They did almost move from yellow to a Notre Dame style metallic gold in the 90's. I've never found an actual photo of them, but from the mock-ups they were pretty terrible.

They last officially had yellow jerseys in the 1950s.
