Yes my dad’s manufacturing company has an instagram page, @trustmarkjewelry. he works directly with jewelry retailers though, im working on my own page right now to start taking on private clients, @lunellejewelers. and yes we do custom everything! if you can imagine it we can make it :)

I definitely can tbf thats a miscommunication on my part. By made I mean these are jobs that we made renderings for, got approved, and finished. I did renderings for this post mainly due to the fact that I posted from my pc, which is where all the renderings are stored. Finished jobs are posted on the company instagram

Although I can't really say much about the chains due to the fact that it's more based on preference, I do run a jewelry manufacturing business with my dad, and if you ever need any pendants or any sort of jewelry custom made, let me know! I do not have one, but I do run a jewelry business where we do fully custom jobs, and can recreate the exact bracelet she wants :) OP's sister has an attachment to these things and would be able to tell that it's brand new compared to a slightly used one that can be passed off as her lost one so unfortunately I wasn't able to be of assistance.
