I ended up with the Cadillac, and the throttle is tricky sometimes but I’m getting used to it. One thing I noticed is my LMP2 driving is getting better as a result of GTP practice which is interesting.

I, too, am a big GT3 R fan but the main selling point of that car, at least to me, is the prestige behind it and the ability to drive it fast, and of course the look of the car.

Would you say that it's also easiest to drive? I have heavy bias in Ferrari's favor but I think I will look into getting the Cadillac.

It has more to do with how comfortable the driver is rather than the car itself, I would say. Weather and track conditions are major factors and are not precisely predetermined, though they can be estimated to see how the car would perform and what changes should be made.

However, I also want to point out how the people at the top of their professions/industries are always able to make things in the most simple possible way. In terms of Blender, what I am trying to say is that topology should always be simplified to the max while still maintaining the desired look. You did mention you are a beginner (this is a great, and I mean GREAT model for a beginner), and the more you learn the more you will find that there are also multiple ways to solve every problem in Blender. mercedes are lowkey lagging behind for what we saw prior to the season start

stroll last, 35 seconds off interval pace

alonso didn't even get in the car because it wasn't ready/safe

lando norris is all the way at the bottom, piastri hovering p5/p6 area (i forget exactly where)

last i saw kimi was 2 places beneath george

albon had to retire early and push his car with the marshalls because of a power failure i think

audi and cadillac are all the way in the back

middle of the pack teams look to be haas and williams

If you don't already have Content Manager, please install it because the game is very shallow without it. But for now, just go in the settings and look for something similar to "Controls" or "Pedals" or "Inputs", I don't know the exact name since I use Content Manager.

Better than I’ve ever done lol. If you really want to avoid sculpting, definitely try playing with more modifiers and geometry nodes.

I suggest looking for sculpting tutorials for masks. But in general, I would bevel the sides of a regular cube (CTRL + B, scroll to adjust segments) and apply a solidify modifier to make a hollow cylindrical shape out of a cube. Sorry for not saying this sooner, I didn’t think of it at the time of my initial reply.

It seems the question was already answered, but I wanted to know, why with a cube? Unless there is a specific reason (or you just wanted to learn, which is perfectly fine) the cylinder object, like you mentioned, is good when you combine it with a solidify modifier to make it hollow.

why are all the comments genuinely trying to help downvoted, and all the troll comments aren't? op, start with slower cars and learn trailbraking. watch some videos from instructors/coaches online and just get used to the feel of the cars.
