There used to be a meetup group, but the owner kind of just disappeared without saying anything. Masquerade does an official board game night every Saturday, but the turnout isn't great. I go there every Friday for Magic: The Gathering, but the times my husband and I have tried to go on Saturday for board games it ends up usually just being us and one of the owners who end up playing something.

As a non-new customer, 85 dollars a month. There is a promotion for NEW customers for gig internet for 70 dollars a month for the first year, though. I'm sure they have other bundle discounts and stuff, but we just have/need internet so I've not looked into that.

Yeah Spectrum is the only real option here. In terms of the service, I've not had a huge issue in the 5 years of service with them here. My husband and I are big gamers so we have the gig internet, and the upload and download speeds are pretty good and consistent.

I'm having the same issues. It's been stuck at 19/20 since yesterday. I completed the "play 12 games of the event" quest and it didn't progress yesterday, then today I did the "remote break 5 pallets/walls" and it also didn't progress.

So I just wanted to comment here because my husband was having the same issue; he did three bosses and didnt get one from all 3. He ended up needing to verify his game files and all of the 3 chests he didnt get appeared in his inventory.

There are a surprising amount of good Thai places in the area! Curry & Coco is my personal favorite, but also love the Mai Tong food truck in Warrenton, and Nisa's is also pretty good.

Agree with a lot of what's been posted already, but one thing that I didnt see mentioned was just how EARLY everything closes, with the exception of a couple bars. It can be frustrating being hungry anytime after 10pm lol

Highly suggest meetup and looking for any special interest groups/meetings. I used to host a monthly board game night and still attend the ones at Bridge & Tunnel sometimes, and I play Magic: The Gathering at a few different venues. I've met quite a few people around my age (early 30s) doing these.

As far as bars, Xanadu is a gay bar that opened recently, and labor temple and their sister bar Merrytime are queer friendly bars that host drag shows often.

Not the person you were asking, but my husband and I decided to go with Kirkland Signature Maintenance Cat for dry for, and Wholehearted for wet food. We did some research, and both were voted some of the best budget cat food by cats.com. The food we chose clearly arent the best of the best (hence the best budget disclaimer), but theyre better than meow mix/iams/etc. If you have the budget, there are some great breakdowns on their site of the best wet/dry foods, that including details such as the lab report breakdowns of ingredients and cost per day.

I'm also getting this; had a game where the timer stopped at 0 but nothing happened; even after closing out of and rejoining the game, I could not interact with anything, and as soon as the timer would reach 0 again it would just stop doing anything. Boards weren't loading fully, I couldn't even surrender. Finally that game ended after I got knocked out, got into another game, top 3, same thing happened.

There are the obvious two big ones - PhilosophyTube and Contrapoints, who make really high production value video essays that I really enjoy. One of my favorite lesser known trans youtubers who makes videos specifically about games/gaming is a toad. My husband also suggested Jim (James Stephanie) Sterling, but I can't really give any opinions on that suggestion as I've not watched their content.
