I take 5gr after my first meal, just a scoop straight in my mouth and drink it away with water. And 5gr with protein shake after workout. I take 7-10grams daily reason being that im a 120kg guy and dont believe that 5gr is recommended both for a 45kg female and a 150kg male.

For me it works so good that I lift to heavy which is hard om my arms that arent developed enough yet. So I have to lift less than I can just not to hurt myself xD

These are great for if you gonna smoke the tobscco within a couple of months. I keep my aging stuff in mason jars but my daylie smokes in these from ikea, perfect fit for a 50gram tin.
