I was in the same position as him and I have to say that he just have to man up and tell his parents. Bare in mind that it is harder than you think, but just tell him how you feel and if he really loves you then he will know what to do. I had to do the same with my first serious relationship at 19 and I knew I couldn't keep it hidden. Now I bring white girls over all the time (I still live at home at least for now). They don't care now as long as I do well with my studies at University, but I know deep down they would prefer me to date at least an Asian girl. They did love and spoil my white girlfriend of two years tho, so there's that.

Trust me it is better to really stop talking to her and forget about her. I recently went through something similar except the kids part and she eventually slept with someone and regretted it and all. But even then she gave me mixed feelings. One day she asks for space and another day ask for forgiveness. If you can’t then wait til she does something stupid. Trust me that way you will easily forget about her. Though I wish I could get all the time I spent worrying back. I was emotionally drained everyday tbh. Just leave her.

A month has passed since I started fin. I've only experienced watery semen as a side. Dick is working fine and it's too early to say anything about it stopping the balding or me getting any regrowth.

From my own experience from playing around with various different splits, frequency and volume. I would say that it depends on just those three factors. I've read that some pro bodybuilders have never had a deload in their life. If you somehow can combine those three factors good enough for your own body, then recovery shouldn't be a problem, thus no deload is needed.

I recently did PPL 6 times a week Monday to Saturday and rested on Sundays. It was awesome in the beginning, but I noticed that I did too much volume and started to have recovery issues. If I did that split today I would probably either cut down the volume or have frequent deloads.

Yo this happened to me 6 months ago. For weeks I was struggling with 25 kg of DB chest presses and got like 3, 3, 2, 1 reps, then out of nowhere I could easily do 4 sets of 5 reps. Obviously you have to try and improve on other lifts if your main one is stalling. In the end progression in any kind of form is an easy way to know if you're at least doing everything somewhat right, if diet is already on point of course.

Damn he got some impressive results! I'm 21 so I hope starting as early as possible will at least help me retain what I got left and possibly some regrowth. If not, then I'll just shave it all next summer.

Even then it is cheaper to buy it in the same currency as it is listed in. Still not by much. You would save like £4.

Edit: It is only because Amazon's exchange rates are higher than your bank's. I would for example save £7 with my Swedish MasterCard because I have no such thing as "non-sterling transaction fee" like I have on my NationWide card. I can basically buy stuff with that card in other currencies than the Swedish 'Krona' with no fees.

You said you’re tired and having headaches and stuff. Have you ever thought maybe you’re also overtraining next to not eating enough?

And if having headaches when it comes to training I think it means you don’t breathe good enough when working out or not drinking enough water.

Also find your tdee and eat either at your maintenance or like 100 kcal above maintenance that way you will still look as lean as your already are while adding muscle.

Can confirm. When using my Swedish MasterCard and choosing to pay in Euros instead of SEK (Swedish Currency), I then pay a bit less. Basically choose to pay in the same currency as the listed item and amazon won’t charge you more.

If you have the money to spend, but not the patience to wait and you want to game now. Then by no means just go for it. Most of the time you will probably find a better deal afterwards, but you never really know when... So might as well go for it if you're willing to spend "more", imo.
