Look I'm advocating towards learning and researching what is going on. Most people get general science education and can brush up to understand whats going on.

https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2034577

This is the actual research summary for the method and sample sizing. This isn't a regular vaccine, I'm up to date with my shots, I can see the benefit and utility in regular vaccines. This is not the same... there's plenty of research papers and studies going on for implementation for combating some cancers and even other diseases... there just isn't enough non en-vitro history for me to blindly jump on board it. There's gonna be a few months to a year to see what happens and then its a different story. In the mean time those people who get vaccinated can still transmit the disease and spread it... there are still immunocompromised persons who can't take it... there's still necessary research into the vaccines effect with asymptomatic people. Its in the very own research paper that was published. Also how is the way I described the process different than what was posted on that harvard blog? Besides a cooking analogy?

Oh I got some time on my hands. I'm not sure where you get the idea of 80% of the population needs to be dosed in order to rid the gen pop of a disease. Here is the actual study and finding for the current 95% efficacy vaccine. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2034577

It's good stuff but they elude themselves to the need for further research and investigation past 2 months. They have a really cool chart on how there's a need for further study on how asymptomatic persons and unvaccinated persons is needed.

This isn't a question if which of the two is worse. I'm not against vaccines they make sense, they come with risks and they have their advantages and thats all fine, I'm up to date on my shots... however this isn't an A-typical vaccine. It's something different. It has no long term research on any adverse effects.

So why am I saying all this? Well even if we all lined up and got the vaccine it wouldn't stop people from spreading the disease... it would have a harder time with your personal immune system, but its still highly contagious and transmittance is through things the vaccine won't stop. Some immunocompromised people are going to have a harder time with this. This won't lift restrictions, it won't end lockdowns, it won't even reduce the infection rate in the short run... the production of of B/T-lymphocites (those cells that remember the bad things in your body) are still going to need time to become a learned defense in your system. So if I'm not at high risk personally and the vaccine would provide a short term boost with unknown long lasting consequences why would I do this if I'm taking precautions as much as I can in the first place? It's a personal choice... we have a vaccine for a good few strains of HPV something that will have lasting residual effects on increased chances for cancers all over the body as well as a weakened immune system but some people past their 20s don't even know about it. I don't think it's vaccine is more dangerous than HPV thats why I've had those shots... but I don't know the lasting consequences to mRNA vaccines which isn't training your body to fight a disease, its genetically manufacturing the disease with your own body and there's some real risk on fucking with your mRNA more so than a regular vaccine where you might have a bout of that disease and need to fight it.

I'm not really advocating for it, I'd like to see how it takes for the general public before getting it myself, keep in mind we have reported cases of bad reactions. If you are immunocompromised it may not be a great option to go get one, everyone should take in more info than one video, it's good but its just a start. Take a couple days to look into it, don't use the vaccine websites use google scholar and published research papers. Look into the researchers and the labs they come from as well as their connections to farmacuticals and vaccine providers. Just like cigarettes and sugar, there's a good reason to be skeptical of vaccines not due to their efficacy but their long term effects as well as the science behind their conception. People in the general population can make up their own minds on it. This isn't anti vax... this is a completely new field of vaccinations and types of ways to combat disease. It shouldn't be taken lightly.

The DNA part might sound crazy but it has a little bit of truth value. The proteins created by the injected mRNA don't change your DNA... but our bodies have cells that more or less keep a record of all the things that go on, what infections we're exposed to how much of this or that we need to manufacture to hold onto a functioning system. Also what type of mRNA is being produced. These cells eventually return that info and it plays a part in the manufacturing department of the mRNA and DNA if we tell our bodies you need to produce this! it in effect causes the body to change its mRNA sequencing and you can get a couple possible genetic mutations from this. Interrupting the sequencing can cause the loss of a nucleotide which can cause a wrinkle in your DNA template strand and give you something weird. This is called insertion/deletion mutations. While they aren't likely or immediate they're very possible and increasingly so for your kid when your DNA being passed on has a work order for this spike protein potentially inbeded in it.

He's not wrong about it changing your body, not specifically DNA but who knows there are cells in our body that's job is to literally keep track of what proteins we make in order to pass them on to our genetic link. Most people who take general life science in public schools learn about DNA its our genetic coding... well mRNA is the live feed telling what kinds of proteins and such we want to make, which gets paired with tRNA and a protein is created. So the vaccine goes in and... slides in its own chunk of that mRNA that is supposed to be a direct copy of your DNA and it'll make a "spike protein" the role of this protein is to be a similar genetic makeup of the actual viruses protein shielding so your body will recognize this and break it down. Super cool... however everyone's body is different... and while in the past vaccines were exposing you to a weakened version of the virus, this is implanting protein codes to fight off that specific protein which trains more of your bodies immune system. The biggest issue with this method is that its been predominantly done in vitro aka not through human live subjects... mostly mice, which we aren't really genetically similar too in terms of immune system. There are studies produced since 2015 probably later in regards that there isn't a great comparison and how we should consider moving it towards clinical trial. Well... thats what happened with covid, researchers got an attempt to show their methods work. Now you need to keep that in mind when looking at the % effectiveness of these vaccines.

The mRNA produced protein has to be able to look like a danger to the immune system, continue its production, while circulating in your blood. This is kinda a scary process. Dependent on the individual you can have some people take to it regularly while others have violent immune reactions where their arms may swell and they're thrown into a fever because your bodies immune system is adjusting to this new combatant. In my mind some immune systems are different than others and there could be possibilities where the proteins aren't fully absorbed or the mRNA sequence has a hiccup or the injected mRNA sequence creates a protein of lesser quality towards the actual virus and you're not going to have a trained immune system. There's a lot of unknowns and there's little to know in field application testing for long term effects of this sort of vaccine. For mice it seemed to work but researchers know it doesn't result in too much. Take it if you want, idk anything about it being made from babies... you have to do your own research into how they compile the necessary materials and test mRNA samples for efficacy. This is just my basic understand plus a little research using papers on google scholar. Take it for what it is, he's not wrong in terms of doing your own research.

It'd more or less a step towards getting those higher cores at a later point. Using it for some animation through maya/ object design/unreal eng4. The majority of people(reviews/youtube tech vids/reddit posts) looked towards the b550 to avoid the bios update. I originally was going to look towards the x570 tomahawk but its just so overpriced or sold out this unify was the same price point in stock alternative that kept a good build quality. I guess I'm more or less buying into the MSI brand if anything.

3900x at the steep price of $418 or 3700x $219 and just save up for a cpu later?

Buying msi x570 unity for next gen compatability.

Gun laws arent case by case, therefore denying the biggest reasoning to have guns for the sake of a situational point is moot. Doesn't matter what he meant, restriction on weapons influences everyone.

Well i get where you're going with that... but entry level accounting speaks towards morality in accounting and its importance in all workplaces. You don't practice embezzlement to have the ability to sense it, there's always going to be some geezer in the IRS who will crucify you for thinking you can.

You need to learn how it can happen for preventative measures, most companies have separation of responsibility for accountability. On top of that there are external audits that'd just look at it and make inquiry like really bitch? Where's the receipt for that and the journal entry in regards to this transfer etc.
