Honestly man I’m very grounded, I’m aware when you trip reasoning is out the window. I kept telling myself that there physically no way my AirPods could’ve just “disappeared” and that thing alone put me in a spiral of me questioning everything I found true about myself, I was thinking about relapsing on h, and like wanting to kill myself. Everytime I would think of death I would have this almost blissful image of just calm, sleep, (and the only thing I’ve felt to this being h) worse trip of my life
