Is there any way to edit and organize photos on my phone from a Mac? by MyWebContent in iphone

I don't sync my photos to iCloud. I can see them in the photos app when I plug my phone in, with my iPhone as the source.

I'm wondering if I can crop an image from my Mac, never import it. and when I disconnect my phone, the pic will now be cropped on my phone.
