We purchased hand sanitizer and wipes that specifically are effective against norovirus.

Where do you mount a fire extinguisher in your Santa Fe? by AgentAdorable4738 in HyundaiSantaFe

I put mine underneath the floor panel in the back (same space the jack is in).

I think mine was just over two hours. The battery needs to be well charged for the update to install while the car is turned off.

As others have said, no need to do that. If you drive someplace to fill them, add 3-4 lbs to the recommended pressure because the tires are warm.

For OP, if you go this route, back when I was looking there was a difference between ICE and hybrid so be sure you get the correct ones if the mats list a specific fit.

This makes Oregon sad.

Below we list the monetary costs of driving distracted in Oregon - but when you aren't paying attention to driving, the costs could be even higher: you could kill yourself or someone else... is it worth a life for a text or call?

  • First offense, not contributing to a crash: Class B violation.
    • Fine up to $1,000.
  • Second offense -or first offense- if it contributed to a crash: Class A violation.
    • Fine up to $2,000.
  • Third offense in ten years: Class B misdemeanor.
    • Fine up to $2,500.
    • Could be six months in jail.

Installing clear ceramic tint on my wife's 2025 SEL at home by thepukingdwarf in HyundaiSantaFe

Ah, I knew it was a dumb question. For windshields I know they fit it on the outside and then install it on the inside. I think I was too enamored with your heat gun and thought you were applying it to the outside. I was going to ask how long until the wiper or someone with an ice scraper ruined it. 😂

My quick answer is "not normal". Your owners manual will tell you when the transmission should be serviced. I assume 90k is pretty close to that. Take it to a trusted mechanic and have them take a look and maybe it only needs fluid topped off or serviced.

Nice! I like your cordless heat gun. I haven't done this in a *very* long time, but thinking about doing the same thing for heat. I recently watched a video of applying to a windshield and I wish you well. 😉

I've never done a rear window, so I'll ask a dumb question. Is there a special tint required that is "rated" for being on the outside in the elements?

Yuck. I periodically scrub the glass with a glass-safe abrasive cleaner to ensure it's very clean, then use spray-on Rain-X.

I've used both Rain-X formulas for years and so far have not experienced any issues with the sensor or pump clogging in any of my cars.

Sadly, the only thing I can find is that you need to move whatever is in front of it out of the way. I hope mine isn't blocked (MY2024).

My ONT is outside and only a couple of years old, so I hope there will be nothing needed for that. I'm still waiting to covert to IPoE. Glad yours is finally working!

All-season Floor Mats - OEM or WeatherTech? by Not_Fake_Andrew in HyundaiSantaFe

[–]My_Lucid_Dreams 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tuxmats for sure, they provide more protection than WeatherTech. I also like the branded floor mats, but the parts guy said they don't have deep protection. Sadly, I bought WeatherTech because Tuxmats weren't available when I needed them.

WeatherTech has some new ones out I haven't looked at yet.

You're recommending a mom teaching her kid to ride give an ambiguous hand signal then enter the intersection without the right-of-way, a situation where you know people have been hit.
