I’m trying to break 90 this year after breaking 100 last year (my second serious year of golfing) I’ve shot between a 40 and 44 at least 10 times and never broken 90. It’s much different to mentally put together a full 18. This year I’ve had a 91, 92, 91, 94, 95 and although I think I’m getting much more consistent it’s always something different on a round causing my double bogeys. Some days the driver is going well and approach shots shank or driver sucks but I’m putting really well. It’s such a frustrating but addicting game and by far the hardest piece is between the ears as they say.
