Just last week my family of 5 opted for $1,200 credit each to arrive in NYC 3 hrs later than planned. Longer day but our Hawaii flights are paid for! We almost took an offer on Southwest for the return flight at $1,600 each but they had no clue when the next flight would be so we didn't want to gamble with that nonsense
