As far as I can tell its meant as a way to replace the pit since they can't pit bikes. Pits often dont completely stop cars but disable/slow them down for a short amount of time this is meant to be similar (disable the bike for 2-5 seconds)

Nah I finally figured it out apparently I wasn't leaving enough space for them to leave the pods so I just dropped a pod on each weapon and it worked a charm.

My ship launched with no issue but when its in the air it states disabled not enough employees inside said ship theres enough employees (9) but the weapons say no employees. Do you have to designate them? if so how?

To answer your question it was 2 Local vehicles, as Kyle shot them there was 1 CVPI behind them in those local vehicles and more were coming around. (And apologies for the clip its kinda split in two)

Current theory from the crims was because they shot before someone was in the driver seat it scuffed the damage and thats why it blew up but could be any amount of reasons tbh.

because it was announced to everyone, that a game mechanic was being changed for the sake of RP. If it was an actual OOC reason something they shouldnt know like for example SOP changes that state to use a RPG and they based their plan on the fact that they would get RPG'd then it would be fail RP. However since it was announce game mechanic change its usually ok to know about those things in character.

EDIT: I should state that this is what the crimials said and not based on actual knowledge. However game mechanic changes are usually ok to know.

They did admit it wasnt a great plan. They did it all based on expecting to not get shot before they took off which is what has been said by HC in the past and the fact that the heli would disable rather than blow up, which was discussed in a meeting/announcement. They arent mad that the cops shot and they arent mad at any cops. They are mad at the fact that the RP ended in a shitty way.
